Seiko Seiki STP-300H Turbo Pump

SEIKO SEIKI STP-300H Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump. OEM magnetically levitated turbo pump designed for high-vacuum semiconductor and scientific applications. The STP-300H provides approximately 340 L/s pumping speed for nitrogen and is ideal for plasma etch, PECVD, PVD, sputtering, ion implantation, load-lock chambers, molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), and other high-vacuum processes. The oil-free magnetic bearing design delivers low vibration, high reliability, and minimal maintenance while eliminating hydrocarbon contamination associated with conventional bearing systems. Compatible with the Seiko Seiki SCU-300 controller. Unit includes protective vacuum flange caps and is suitable as a replacement spare or system upgrade for compatible vacuum equipment.
