STP-300 / TURBOMOLECULAR PUMP CONTROL UNIT, SCU-300 / SEIKO SEIKI

The Seiko Seiki SCU-300 is a dedicated turbomolecular pump control unit designed to operate and monitor the Seiko Seiki STP-300 series turbomolecular vacuum pumps used in semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum coating, analytical instrumentation, and research applications. The controller supplies power to the pump's high-speed brushless DC motor while managing acceleration, normal operation, fault detection, emergency shutdown, and battery-assisted rotor protection. STP control units are designed to operate with their matching STP pump models and are not generally interchangeable with other turbomolecular pump manufacturers.
